Our Quality Guarantee: We want you to absolutely love your piece! If your item happens to arrive damaged from shipping, or if a mistake or typo is made on our end during the laser-cutting process, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will happily send a corrected replacement out to you immediately!
