What is the return policy?
Our goal is for you to absolutely love everything that lands on your doorstep! Because our paper goods, sticker sheets, and monthly curation sets are printed and hand-assembled to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is any issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Your satisfaction and happiness mean the world to us!
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Due to the limited-edition and custom nature of our monthly themed curation drops, seasonal stationery collections, and personalized paper pieces, these items are final sale. Non-custom, standard shop items follow our standard shop return policies.
When will I get my order?
We lovingly print, package, and hand-assemble our stationery and curation sets in small batches.
- Standard Stationery & Print Orders: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.
- Monthly Curation Sets: Because these are run on a monthly drop model, they ship in one big batch during the final week of the month so they arrive right in time for you to kick off the new month's culinary journey! You will receive a tracking number as soon as your goodies are on their way.
Where are your products manufactured?
Right here in Massachusetts! Every single piece. From our watercolor art prints to our custom sticker sheets and vellum wraps. We proudly designed, printed, and hand-assembled with love in our local studio space. We focus on ultra-premium, heavyweight materials to ensure your items feel like cherished keepsakes the second you touch them.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Because we package our premium cardstock, art prints, and vellum overlays with extra backing and protective sleeves, we ensure your beautiful paper goods arrive crisp, flat, and completely pristine.
